In the context of the course "Internet Security Information Systems",we implemented ,configured and present an Open Source Firewall "Design secure Internet access for 350 Guided Missile Wing using PfSense".
More specifically its function includes the following:
1. Internet usage policy based on SANS standards
2. Implementation of firewall with rules for wan and lan interfaces
3.User authentication via RADIUS protocol
4. Captive Control Authentication Form
5. Traffic Configuration via Traffic Shaper
6. Intrusion Prevention and Detection System (IPS / IDS)
7.Web Proxy
8. Web Proxy URL filtering
9. Monitor the use of the Internet via LightSquid
10. Detection of network traffic through Ntopng
11.Filter DNS traffic filter through PfBlocker
